Finally found someone that I’m bringing on to begin helping us scale up our Web Design Phoenix marketing agency.
Hiring as a small business owner is not without its set of challenges. How do you take time out of an already full day to train someone to know what you know? How do you get to the point of entrusting them with executing on things only you have done previously?
It’ll always be a work in progress. I’m taking the mindset that I’m going to execute quickly and refine as I go…rather than delaying, thinking, calculating on something so riddle with uncertainty.
Hard work and trust in good people is sure to pay off in my opinion…so that’s what I’m going with.
